We offer a minimum of 100 hours of content at any given time for you to choose from. Each session will last up to 1 hour.

We feel that variation in training gets the best results and keeps things interesting, this being said we offer many different forms of training such as HIIT, Circuit training, Tempo weights, Cardio, Core and stability, Yoga and Pilates and the list goes on.

At ConBlock we want our members to feel safe within our space, so we have worked hard to make sure our clients feel as comfortable as possible.

  • CCTV will be in full operation both internally and externally on our gym.
  • The personal door will be steel manufactured
  • Single use QR codes will allow access to only the client who has reserved the space and will only last a matter of seconds. (these QR codes cannot be sent or screen shot and are for single use only)
  • Fire alarms, intruder alarms, defibrillators and a fire extinguisher will all be on hand if required.
  • With our software we will know who has been granted access to the gym at all times and the data is stored.

The beautiful thing about ConBlock is it is available whenever you are. We are open 6am-10pm. Check our app and book your desired time and date at its all yours.

George and Alex are both fully qualified PTs and are available to hire at your request.
